Veritas Zone provides business setup, advisory, documentation, immigration, banking coordination, tax and compliance support. The precise scope, fees and deliverables for paid work are defined in the relevant proposal or engagement confirmation.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide complete, accurate and timely information and documents. Veritas Zone is not responsible for delays, losses or decisions arising from incomplete, inaccurate or withheld information.
Third-party decisions and fees
Licences, visas, bank accounts and government approvals remain subject to the decisions of the relevant authorities and institutions. Government, bank, medical, translation and other third-party charges are separate unless expressly stated.
No guaranteed approvals
We use professional care in preparing and coordinating applications, but cannot guarantee approval, processing time or outcome where a third party retains discretion.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Veritas Zone is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for business decisions made solely on general website information.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
