Before work begins
A service fee may be eligible for refund when a written cancellation request is received before work has started and before any third-party costs have been incurred.
Work already in progress
Once consultation, preparation, submission or coordination has begun, any refund is assessed against the work completed and resources committed.
Non-refundable third-party fees
Government, free zone, immigration, bank, medical, attestation, translation and similar external fees are non-refundable once paid or committed, unless the third party refunds them.
Non-delivery
If an agreed Veritas Zone deliverable cannot be provided for reasons within our control, we will review an appropriate partial or full refund for the undelivered portion.
How to request a review
Submit your full name, contact information, service purchased, payment date and reason for the request. Supporting receipts or correspondence may be requested.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned using an appropriate payment method after deductions for completed work and non-refundable costs are confirmed. Processing time can vary by bank or payment provider.
